Can a b.tech (biotech) student give CLAT PG exam for admission in LLM in intellectual property rights??
Dear Pratishta, for pursuing LLM through CLAT, the basic eligibility criteria is that you should possess a Bachelor's degree in Law with a minimum aggregate of 55% and the degree of Law Programme needs to be approved by the Bar Council of India. And then there is a 5% relaxation for Reservation categories. Because B.Tech in Biotechnology or any other stream is not a Law Degree, unfortunately you are not eligible for CLAT.
