Hello student

candidate of PWD category can get a PWD certificate from the constituent medical board setup in every state or district level. In this constitutent medical board there is a chief medical officer ,sub divisional medical officer and an expert regarding this disability with specific specialisation.Candidate should apply with requisite form and get the certificate online.

Hope  this helps.
