Can a candidate, who is appearing 12th std exam in Maharastra, choose JEE Advanced exam centres from IIT Delhi zone or IIT Madras zone?

Hello

Actually the cbse means that to class 12th the correction will not so easy and also in the same time style of evaluating is different from one person to another but one thing scheme of evaluation is same for all
