Can a child adopted by an Ex-service man may avail Ex-serviceman quota for admission in MBBS

Yes the child can avail the same facilities.

If the child is adopted legally,the child avails the same category too.

To tell you the truth, i don't have 100% knowledge about this question but I have answer this with my own cousin.



If a person adopts a child legally, the child gets the same facilities and categories the birth child will get.



So the answer for your question is that, yes an adopted child will get same ex serviceman quota for admissions in mbbs if you have the proof of adoption legally.
