As per your said marks and the last year cutoff trend you have high chances of getting government college in haryana state under the state quota benefit.

Thank you sir,I belong to BCA(NCL) but i did not mention category because BCA condidate are further divided on the basis of parents income in state merit list.So should i apply for general category considering this matter?

If have all documents related to your category then go for it, but if not then go for general. Because afterwards when you want to apply for general from you reservation category then it takes lot of time. So better to play safe.
