No, taking mathematics in class 12 is not required in order to be eligible for NCHMCT JEE. This is because the NTA has not established any requirements regarding the subject's eligibility.
Qualifications for NCHMCT JEE, Candidates who pass the SSE or 10+2 are qualified. English language study should be a part of the qualifying exam for the candidate. Candidates who are taking their qualifying exam this year may also apply to NCHMCT JEE 2021; admission will be granted provisionally, and the candidature will be cancelled if no valid documentation is submitted.
