As you need to get admission through the all India fifteen percent quota as you belong to Delhi and not Mumbai, if you belong to general category then it's not possible for you to secure admission in any of the government medical college at this score. You can definitely try in the private medical college and deemed universities of Mumbai. You'll be able to get admission in them.
