Yeah definitely the diploma holder can be able to write the JEE mains entrance exam but one thing you should remain in mind that after clearing the JEE mains you will be able to write the JEE Advance depending upon your category wise cuttoff. And after clearing the JEE Advance you will be able to get the seat in the IIT as the Class 12th passed candidate.
