Hello aspirant,
I hope you are doing well .
Coming to your question, You will have to write JEE Main and Jee Advanced to get admission into IIT. Though you have completed your diploma you will have to write JEE and only then enter into IIT and that too you will get admission into 1 year of B.tech there.
Whereas , if you give LEET which is the lateral entry test this gives you admission into 2nd year B.tech in normal colleges not IITS .But you will not have to waste a year.
For Masters you can try for IITS by writing GATE .
Good luck!
Diploma students can get admission admissions into IITs only after appearing for JEE Mains and JEE Advanced.
After clearing JEE Mains, they won't be able to get admission I to NITs IIITs and GFTIs. They will have to appear for JEE Advanced and try to get admission I to IITs. Also, they will get admission I to first year of undergraduate course and not in second year. They will not get any special entry after Diploma.
They will have to gor for JOSAA counseling after qualifying in JEE Advanced to get admission.
