Hey.
Admission in Panjab University is not only done based on your marks in Class 12th boards. For admission to the BA LLB course marks for both entrance exam and 12th marks are to be considered. The final merit list had been based on the combined score. Hence your 12th marks seem decent and rest would depend on the entrance score. As the combined ranks are also out you can let me know that for a better estimate.

Yes a disable student can get admission into ba llb in punjab university , also there must be a criteria for disable students who would like to do their bachelor's field not only in ba llb but also in any field.

Any open school must have an N.I.O.S certificate which is accepted by government institutions and punjab university is a public university i suppose , so an individual must get admission.
its paniab university chandigarh not punjab one so panjab have different rules i think
