Yes you can do Msc in Astrophysics. Because Physics are mostly related  to the Astrophysics.

Minimum qualification criteria for astrophysics is a candidate must have passed 12th with minimum 50 t0 60%aggregate.  Some of the college also take admission in the basis of entrance exam .
