if you want to go for KLE university, you need to write the AIET exam, for which the exam is to be on 02nd of July, 2018.

kindly look into the official site of the college as its no where mentioend that outsiders cannot apply for it.

although, kindly also check the eligibility criteria of the respective courses accordingly.
