can a graduation final year student appear for WBCS 2020 preliminary examination?

hey,
as per the eligibility criteria of wbcs a final year students in graduation can apply in wbcs. however you need to have the passed marks sheet of graduation at the time of interview. you need to have graduaton degree in any discipline to appear in wbcs. right now as you are in first year of graduation you can not apply.

Sir r u sure that the certificate will be needed just before the interview! I mean ,I'm doubting if it's required before the main xm also!
