    Hello Indhu, Under all India Quota you can Apply but under state quota domicile is must of that particular state then only you can apply... Hope you get the answer... All the best

    You need a domicile certificate of Tamil nadu only than you can apply under state quota



    But if you are applying for all India quota than you can
