Dear David, Father Muller's Medical College is a Minority College and its admissions are conducted through NEET by participating in Karnataka State Counselling. Because Karnataka is an open State, you can register for KEA Counselling. But because you dont have Karnataka's domicile, you cannot claim Christian Minority reservation. Non Domicile candidates are not eligible for State reservarions.
