So, with regard of you're query. JAG is the name of the admission program for lawyers in the army and navy (Judge Advocate General). Additionally, you CAN join the Navy Officer with Specs. With spectacles, you wouldn't lose your eligibility. There cannot be any degree of squinting, according to the physical and medical requirements for joining the Indian Navy. To be a candidate, you need good binocular vision. The pupils should respond to light and accommodation in a normal manner, and there should be full eyeball movement in all directions.

furthermore, YES you can also join the navy officer with specs. You wouldn't be disqualified with specs. The physical fitness and medical requirement regarding eye sight to join Indian Navy is that there should not be any degree of squint . Candiadtes must posses good binocular vision. Movement of eye balls must be full in all directions and the pupils should react normally to light & accomodation.
