Yes anyone can repeat who do not take admission in IIT or withdrawal from IIT can eligible for IIT JEE.
And anyone can give jee mains.
In your case you are eligible to give mains and advanced .
So do you worry and focus on your studies.

Ofcourse, you can repeat. But you need lot more focus, and need to work hard. If you wish to get a seat in iits I don't think that seems hard.
