Dear Saran, AAMC doesn't specify any particular eligibility crtieria except for the fact that the Candidates should have completed their Graduation. For International Candidates completing or pursuing MBBS is a mandatory criterion. So even if you have completed your MBBS, 10 years ago, you are still eligible for appearing for MCAT.
