Yes you can work in Pharmaceutical industry. There is a field known as Pharmaceutical physics it basically means applying the knowledge of Physics in instruments or phenomenon required for pharma purposes. There are various instruments used like Spectroscopy, Optical microscopy,  X ray diffusion, centrifugation machine and Conductivity and concepts of equilibrium etc. This is where skills of a physisicin are used.
