Hello student yes you can pursue PhD after completing your Mtech. If you want to pursue PhD in the field of engineering and technology you need to appear and qualify GATE Entrance examination with good marks. Eligibility - Candidates must passed or Mtech or ME from a recognized university.

hey,

a candidate must hold a masters degree in the relevant field they want to pursue Ph.D in and some university may ask for specific percentage in masters degree , if you want to take admission in any of the reputed university then you may have to appear for national level examinations like national eligibility test for lectureship (NET) conducted by NTA

hope this helps!
