After becoming neurosurgeon at first you have to work as the part of internship from about 6 months. Only after that you will get registration and then you can become a a perfect neurosurgeon. Obviously then you can go to abroad and start your career there if you have passed from a reputed college in India you can do that easily otherwise maybe there are some hustles. Obviously after practicing some year when you will be expert maybe you can become a top surgeon of that time. But after that also earning 60000 dollars for a single surgery is quite impossible and can be achieved after lots of practices as a General neurosurgeon.
