can a non collegiate ba student change subject in 1st year of rajasthan university

Dear aspirant !
Hope you are doing well ! No it is not possible for o change your subject in 2nd year of your graduation ,if you want to do this so you have to waste your one year and have to start your graduation from starting ,so you should think before when you were taking the subject ,no it's not in our hand !
