Can a non domicile student apply fresh registration for round 2 of mp state counseling?? Also mention other related information.

Hi aspirant,
The mop rounds are organised to fill up the vacant seats left after the two rounds of counselling. Any candidate irrespective of their domicile can participate in the mop up round but there are some limitations with as well. The candidate who participated in first or second round of counselling and were allotted a seat cannot participate in the mop up round.
