can a non local of a state apply for the private mbbs colleges in that state under A category seat with neet 2019 marks??

Hey Guna,
For getting a deemed university you have to register yourself on the central portal which will be released by neet soon. This is through All India Quota.
During state quota counseling also you can apply for private colleges in your state. Since, donation scheme has been shut down it's all merit basis now.
