Can a non local student get a seat in Bangalore university for MBA

You can write KMAT Karnataka exam to study MBA from Bangalore. The exam's score is accepted by many B-schools all over Karnataka for MBA admissions. Know more about the exam here - KMAT Karnataka
The seats are reserved for K'taka aspirants. However, the students from other states can also apply. You just need to have all the relevant documents at the time of counselling.

Thanks for d information sir ... But a small doubt by getting a gud score in this exam can have a free seat in BU

There are no free seats. You may get a scholarship in case you score exceptionally well and the college you apply to offer the same.
