Sure , a student who have not taken mathematics are also eligible for applying in CU CET . But it depends upon the type of course for which  you are applying for example for you are applying for B Tech then Mathematics is the compulsory one .

The Central Universities common entrance test (CU CET) is being organized for admissions to various Integrated / Undergraduate , and Post Graduates and research Program in several Central Universities of India.

After clearing the Entrance Exam you will be eligible to get admission in various courses in several different Universities.

NTA conducts CUCET entrance exam for admission into varies UG and PG courses.

So you are eligible for UG courses where mathematics is not required for example, B.A course offered by Central University of Kerala, Kerala does not require mathematics.

Minimum 50 percentage marks in 10+2 or equivalent exam from a recognised Board is necessary. Up to 5% relaxation is given for SC/ST category candidates in minimum percentage required. Also, the candidates should not have attained 19 years of age at the time of admission.
