for engineering compulsory subjects are physics , chemistry , maths .

because for getting admission in enginnering colleges you have to give entrance exam for which PCM is compulsory .

You need to have Maths in class 12 subjects to get eligible for doing Engineering.and if you want to do Chemical Engineering from any college only need to qualify the entrance exam like JEE mains or JEE advance,etc.

Geeta with having the domain of PCB + Computer Science yeah you can be able to take the admission in branches like Bio informatics, Bio medical etc but for taking the main branches of engineering for that you should have the Mathematics as the main subject in your class 12th such that based upon your PCM marks you can get the opportunity in that respective college/University.
