yes a pcb student can apply for btech in biotechnology there are many colleges offering that course and you have to write a entrance exam followed by a interview and then you are into the course,this course is offered in many top colleges

Yes.
Student with Physics, Chemistry and Biology can apply for Bio-Tech Engineering so you are eligible to apply. Also,please share till now have you applied for any entrance?
