see information technology comes under engineering courses. as per the official brochure, The candidate seeking admission to First year Engineering and Technology degree courses it is mandatory for the candidate that he/ she must appear for Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics paper.
while attempting pcb group you are eligible to appear for pharma d and pharmacy course.
