As per your query ,
Yes, A PCB student can do B.
Tech in Bioinformatics
but you should have mathematics as your optional subject in 10+2
You are eligible to do B. tech (biotechnology) from all the govt institution except IITs and NITs as you have done your 12th from PCB , so ,you are not eligible to appear in IIT entrance examination ..Apart from those (IITs and NITs) you can do you BTECH.
