Can a pcm student opt for HR courses

Management courses do accept the students from each and eveey background.
If you are planning to do HR courses, then before that you have to complete your graduation from management field.
Though every courses of graduation is acceptable for doing MBA in HR but pursuing management courses from beginning will make your goal more easier as you will have the management knowledge from the beginning only.
You may choose the following courses for pursuing management in Graduation:
-BBA: Bachelor of Business Management is a 3 year UG program which deals with each and every domain of organization like marketing, accounting, financial analysis, cost analysis, etc.
-BBM: Bachelor of Business Management is a management specialised course and includes management oriented subjects like Marketing Management, Principles and Practice of Management, International Business, Human Resources Management.
After pursuing any of the two couraes, you will have a deep knowledge about the core management and then you will be able to go for MBA in HR.
For pursuing MBA in HR, there are four major sources of selection:
1.CAT: Common Aptitude Test is conducted each year and all the students of IIM are selected through this exam only.
There are around some hundreds of college in which you can get admission through it. However, there are many colleges who are not the list but they provide admission on the basis of marks achieved in CAT.
2. MAT: Management Aptitude Test is yet another Management Entrance Test for taking admission for MBA in India. This course is conducted by All India Management Association (AIMA) and through this you will be able to take admissuad in prestigious colegesc of management.
3. XAT: Xavier's Aptitude Test is conducted by Xavier's Institute of Management . After cracking this test, you will be able to take admission in Xavier's Institute of Management, Jamshedpur.
4. University and College Entrance Examination: There are many colleges and universities which are conducting their own entrance examination for selecting the deserving candidate. Each of this exam has its own syllabus but you will find them on their wrbsite or prospectus.

Yes, of course, you can. There is no eligibility bar for PCM students to take up a management course after 12th standard. Basically, Maths is the key subject which is needed.
To become an HR you will have to do an MBA in HR and You must be having graduation degree for pursuing MBA.
First of all, finish your graduation from any of the streams like B. Sc B. Com even engineering is a good option then prepare for exams like CAT, XAT, MAT and other MBA exams, a good score will get you a seat in a good college choose HR as your specialisation and then you will become an HR Manager.
