Yes, a student who had PCMB can stdy BE Computer Science Engineering. The student need not have Computer Science as one of their subjects to stdy CSE.

All you need to do is crack JEE mains(For NITs) and ace JEE Advanced with good marks for IITs. The eligibility criteria requires you to complete your 12th from Science stream with Mathematics,Physics and Chemistry from a recognized University.
The curriculm is designed in a way that will help you learn about Computer Science from scratch. However,a lot depends on your intrest. If you really like or have the confidence to learn then only go for it.

thanks for asking your query you need not have to worry for the course because you had pcm in your board ,in engineering colleges computer science engineering is taught from the basic level it doesnt require any knowledge of previous computer courses because many students do not study computer from the school level therefore college provide them all necessary help.
