Yes you definitely are eligible for applying in NEET 2020 even if you studied from an open school. The criteria for the qualifying exam states that the candidates must have passed 10+2 or equivalent exams with the required subjects from a recognized board. Candidates who are appearing for the class 12 or equivalent exam are also eligible to apply for NEET 2020.

State open school candidates are eligible to apply for NEET 2020 as per the last year High court of Delhi order.However the students eligibility is based on the final verdict of the special leave petition filed by the medical council of India.And eligibility criteria is a candidate should complete 10+2 with minimum 50% aggregate in Biology,physics and chemistry as their core subjects.I hope this information may helps you a little bit.
