Can a person having 43 in maths but aggregate of more than 70% in pcm eligible to apply?

Eligibility of Sathyabama University is given below -
A pass in the 10th class or Equivalent Examination with a minimum aggregate of 60% marks or “6.0” CGPA..
A pass in the 10+2 / HSC / ICSE or equivalent examination with Mathematics, Physics and Chemistry with an average of 60% marks and above (in Mathematics, Physics and Chemistry).
Candidate opting for these programmes should appear for Mathematics, Physics and Chemistry in the entrance examination.

it is clearly stated on their official website
" A pass in the 10+2 / HSC / ICSE or equivalent examination with Mathematics, Physics and Chemistry with an average of 60% marks and above (in Mathematics, Physics, and Chemistry). "
which simply means you must have more than 60% altogether which you have hence you are eligible to apply.
