Can a person whose 6th sem result has not been declared yet (may get declared in late August) but has qualified the entrance take admission?

Yes, you are eligible to give the entrance exam even if your last semester result is not declared.
Your semester result status will be shown awaited . And you will be required to submit your result in the due time given by the university. till then you will be given provisional admission.
