You should have minimum of 17 years by December 31st 2020 if you want to apper for NEET 2020. As there is no upper age limit till. So, if you are 17 by December 31st 2020 you are eligibile to write the exam NEET 2020.

The age limit for NEET is that the candidate must have completed 17 years before the time of the counseling or admission or before December 31 2020 then only the candidate will be eligible so, as you asked 17+ years says that the candidate didn't complete 17 years so, as i said if you have completed your 17 before December 31st then only you will be eligible to apply for NEET 2020

yes student above  17 year age is eligible to write neet exam . Whereas maximum age  limit is  25 years .
