Can a psychology graduate start working immediately after PGDip psychology in the respective field? or Masters is a compulsion?

Dear student,
Yes, you can work after completion of Post Graduation Diploma. If you wish to do Masters and Ph.D you can do it. The jobs are offered based on your education. So no need to worry. But prefered to study Masters and Ph.D for better job and high salary also competition is more in this field.
