Hello Aspirant,

As per your percentile in JEE-Main 2022,

>>>>> your CRL rank is expected around 9-10 Lakhs .

Now on such rank and being a PwD candidate you can go for CSE in some private colleges because any of the NITs are tad difficult, however it also depends upon the number of PwD candidates registered for this year but still based on previous year's data you have almost no chances to get CSE in any of the NITs, so you can try for some private colleges that take admission on the basis of JEE-Main rank, such as :-

School of Engineering, University of Petroleum and Energy Studies, Dehradun

Bharati Vidyapeeth Deemed University College of Engineering, Pune

Amrita School of Engineering, Coimbatore

Nirma University, Ahmedabad

To have a list of all those colleges which you can get based upon your JEE-Main rank/score you can use JEE-Main College Predictor:-

I hope this information helps you.

Good Luck!!
