According to the latest eligibility criteria for NEET 2020:-
A student must have passed 10+2 or appearing for the class 12 or equivalent exam with Physics, Chemistry, Biology /Biotechnology and English as core subjects or Biology as additional subject also from a recognized board is eligible for NEET.
According to the latest eligibility criteria for AIIMS 2020:-
An aspirant must have completed their Class 12 or appearing in 12th from CBSE/ISC/State Board with Physics, Chemistry, Biology and English as the main subject or Biology as additional subject also to be eligible for AIIMS.
From the eligibility criteria mentioned above for NEET as well as AIIMS, a student having Biology as an optional subject is eligible for any of the both exams.
