No, in IPU university you have to fill the application form afterwards the mail will come in the offical website of IPU university then they asked for registeration. When you register in the IPU university they will call you for counselling.

Hello aspirant ,
If you haven't filled the application till 14th October then the only way to get admission in affiliated colleges is through management quota through which studying costs nearly 4-5 times as compared to normal admission.
