Can a student from A.P scoring below 5,000 rank in both A.P and TS is eligible for fee reimbursement.?

Dear Aspirant,
Congratulations on good rank.
The students who secure seat in Institutes via counselling will be eligible for fee concessions. Also if there are any other reservations applicable( in case) then too fee reimbursement will be applicable.
Hence take part in counselling to secure a seat.
