Yes, a student after completing B.Sc (Hons) Chemistry can appear for JAM examination. Joint Entrance Test for M.Sc Programmes (JAM) is a test for admission to M.Sc programmes offered by IITs.
Eligibility Criteria to appear for the test is Candidate should have completed Undergraduation in a related subject. Eligibility Criteria is different for different subjects. For example, you can apply for M.Sc Chemistry. Eligibility criteria for admission to M.Sc Chemistry is as follows- Candidates should have studied Chemistry for three years/six semesters and should have 55 percent minimum aggregate marks (for General Category candidates) and 50 percent marks (for SC/ST/PwD candidates)
