No humanities students would not be eligible to appear for NATA because the test is conducted for admission to Architecture course and therefore Mathematics subject is mandatory for it and hence you are ineligible to apply for it.
For your reference I am mentioning down the eligibility criteria for NATA :-
You must have passed class 12th with PCM subjects or if not class 12th then you should have passed 10+3 diploma with Mathematics as a compulsory subject.

The Council of Architecture (CoA) releases the NATA 2022 eligibility criteria for all the aspirants who are willing to appear in the NATA exam. Candidates should have passed class 12 with PCM subjects or should have passed 10+3 diploma with Mathematics as a compulsory subject to be eligible for NATA. Yes students from humanities background can also appeared for the NATA examination. The only necessary condition is that you must have Mathematics as a compulsory subject. The basic eligibility criteria defined for the examination says that either students should have passed 10+2 level or equivalent from a recognized board or must be a diploma holder with mathematics as a compulsory subject.
