Yes, why not may student how not get good Institute or not have good Institute also crack the exam even they live worst place or maybe say a poor place. It totally depends on a student. And Yes this also fact that you may not pass the exam with your Institute for that you need to study extra for it. For that, you may try an online class they may help you.

Do you feel so inferior that you already left the fight ? If you have had believed in yourself this type of thinking haven't even entered inside you.

Do you think that all GATE & IES rankers are from IIT/NIT/Top state government college ?

Ask to yourself about it: Can you do it, not in flow of emotions, but in pragmatic way after looking at the question papers of GATE/IES/Any other exam. Start trying to believe in yourself. It does not matter which college do you belong, what does matter is where do you belong.  It's just waste of time to find answers here instead of finding in yourself. Some may have have encouraging words, other may have discouraging, but it will be only you who will have final choice of to whom to listen.
