can a student from J&K can't get into aiims delhi please explain me in simple language as I am confused some people are saying students who hold domicile of J&K can't get into AIIMS delhi plz answer

AIIMS conducts its admission through All India Counseling along with some other colleges .AIIMS comes under 15% all India quota so the candidates of any state can apply for this quota EXCEPT JAMMU AND KASHMIR CANDIDATES and they can apply for 85% state quota. And candidates of JAAMU AND KASHMIR don't have any 15% or 85% All India Quota or Any State quota . Unfortunately candidates who hold a Domicile of Jammu and Kashmir cannot participate in All India Counseling and there by take admission in any of AIIMS branches of MBBS.
