Can a student from other state take admission in punjab private medical colleges under management seat??
Hello,
Yes, students from other states can take admission in Punjab private medical colleges under management seats, subject to certain conditions:
- Eligibility : Students must meet the eligibility criteria set by the college and the Punjab government.
- NEET Qualification : Students must have qualified for the NEET UG exam.
- Management Seats : These seats are often reserved for students willing to pay a higher fee, over and above the regular government quota seats.
- State Domicile : Some colleges may prioritize Punjab domiciled candidates, but students from other states are eligible for management quota seats.
- Admission Process : The process is usually direct through the respective college, not through centralized counselling.
Hope it helps !
hello,
Yes, students from other states can take admission in Punjab private medical colleges under the management quota for MBBS. Management quota seats are open to all Indian citizens, irrespective of their state of domicile. Admission is primarily based on NEET UG scores, and candidates must meet the eligibility criteria set by the respective colleges. Applicants need to register on the Punjab NEET UG counseling portal managed by BFUHS. During the counseling process, students can select private colleges offering management quota seats.
