Yes you can apply for the exam third time but after that you will not get any chance because you didn't scored well in two subjects.

It is possible to give the exams but what I would suggest is that if you are not getting through from 12th then you should go for a professional course instead of giving boards again and again.

There many courses that teach you without looking at your academic qualifications.

It's just a suggestion but the decision is yours and decide wisely.

But in this case, to apply for the third year as well, you would have to take permission from your school as well.

No brother u can but why to waste one precious year of ur life go ahead and get into a good private University......

Or u can again waste a year and will bring ur self confidence down....

Now just study well in the college u get and can get the highest package in ur University or u will be able to find ur passion there and can be the next bb or Zuck  or anything u will be good at.
