Hello,
All India Quota Counselling is conducted first and then state quota counsellings are conducted by the states. If a student gets seat through AIQ and he/she accepts that allotted seat then he/she will not be eligible to apply for the state quota counselling.
If the candidate has not been allotted a seat through AIQ counselling then he/she can apply for admission through the state quota.
