To get AIR 1, you need to study hard. It doesn't depend on the time, rather it depends on how much effort you can give in your studies. If you stay focused from Day1, then you can obviously get a very good rank, even AIR 1. Nothing is impossible, you just need to give enough efforts.
Start studying from now for your JEE Main and Advanced. Get the best study materials, and try completing your syllabus atleast 2months before the exam. That 2months will be your revision time.
Try to solve test papers daily. Chapterwise testpapers help a lot. Give regular mock tests to know your preparation.
Also solve the previous year question papers atleast twice. You will get an idea of the trending questions.
If you can follow these suggestions, and keep yourself focused throughout the year, you can definitely get your desired rank.

Actually it is quite difficult to say about that. Because JEE advanced is one of the toughest entrance examination in the world.
But nothing is impossible. So if you have enough feeling power you can. But for this you have to study harder. You have to practice much more. You to study at least for or 14 hours a day. Best of luck
