65 percentile means your expected rank would be around 3,04,153. This would be your rank in Common Rank list. Now if the no. Of candidates in Jee Main second phase increases, your rank would also increase. You can use our college predictor tool to know where you have good chances We don't have category rank as the second phase has not yet conducted. With this rank, it wiuld be difficult to get any NIT as the cutoffs of top notch NITs (Trichy, Waranhgal, Surathkal, Nagpur, Allahabad etc) are quite high. But going by previous year cutoffs, there are chances to get NIT Nagaland, NIT sikkim, NIT Srinagar etc. But the chances are quite low. You can check the cutoffs of last year http://engineering.careers360.com/articles/nits-cutoff-for-top-btech-branches
